Fruits vegatable's detox diet

Frutis - vegetable's detox diet is a diet with a low cryterium of energetistic and healing fasts.

It characterise:

  • It is made only on plant products (eg. Cauliflower, raw cabbage, beetroot, carrot, celery, onion, lettuce, tomato, paprika etc) and selected fruits (eg. Apple, grapefruit, lemon, blueberry). Mostly in row type (juice, salad), but also choked food (soups, boiled vegetables)
  • It give us not much of energy (500-800 calories/day)
  • It is without cholesterol
  • Fruits - vegetables detox diet has many bioactive elements like: vitamins, enzymes, microelements, polifemoles, celluloso, bacteria's of lactic acid

 During a detox diet You can't eat fat (eg. Groats, bread, potatoes, meat products etc)

Detox diet should least from 2 to 4 weeks (sometimes even 6 weeks). After that period we suggest to goes to full calories diet (corn's grains, fruits and vegetables, fish with choked vegetables, crumble, butter milk) and temporary turn back for a detox diet for 1 or 2 days in a week.
